"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The place was clean and smelled lovely at all times, which we truly appreciated. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also discovered only on the last day that the bus stop is very close to the hotel, which makes getting around really convenient. The airport shuttle service does not operate on Sundays. "Good location, with a 15 minute walk into the heart of Madrid and where all the shops and restaurants are. However, there are many other shops and cafes en-route. The hotel is clean, has a good vibe and classic rooms are fairly decent size. The gym is small but serves the purpose, the adjacent swimming pool is small (did not use it) and is adjacent to the deck chairs in a pleasant sun area. Nearby public transport is excellent, within easy reach and allows you to reach various ends of Madrid within about 30 minutes or so."
