ãLoved the view of the top of the cathedral from my room. Great breakfast. Neat cave-like room for breakfast, adorable open courtyard with plants. Love the beautifully resorted historic design. ã
ãGood hotel. Room quite small but ok for a 1 night stay. Bed & bathroom good. Very friendly gentleman at reception. Basic but good continental breakfast. Adding wholegrain bread would be a.plus.ã
ãThe hotel is located in the city center, next to the Pl. de Cervantes, convenient and beautiful architecture. The room is nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly. One of the best hotels to stay in Alcalá!ã
ãI was very happy with 2 people in particular who went above and beyond. First it was Margarita, the receptionist. She was very attentive and patient, especially when the hotel was super busy and full. Stef was part of the staff and she was just so kind and helpful with anything I needed or my kids. ã
ãFabulous hotel, clean, comfortable beds and lovely rooms - we paid for one overlooking the golf course.
The service and friendliness of the staff was second to none.
The pool is a plunge pool (0.8m) on the top floor over looking the golf course which was very cold but just what we needed given we were here in August.
We played golf every day and you definitely need a car to get around as the hotel is isolated but within 6 mins you can reach a supermarket and restaurants by car.
The golf...
ãThe room was clean and large. But it was difficult and confusing to locate the bus. The sign should be large. So that international travellers like us feel more comfortable. ã
