Service to the Airport is not free, is 5 Euros per person, not bad, but is not free. Good thing they have lockers, which is very convenient, we left the luggage two days earlier, and went to Paris, and check-in without carrying the big luggages. Clean, breakfast was ok.

It was great. Calm, clean, quiet. I would recommend it. The location is good for the airport, but there's not much to do if you're there for the day. They were great about giving us directions and helping us get into Madrid though, so really it was fine.

We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.
The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

Hotel contacted me day before to ask what type of room I would like and arrival time. The rooms are VERY small but clean and comfortable. A very nice buffet breakfast available. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and great location in Madrid.
