「I was very happy with 2 people in particular who went above and beyond. First it was Margarita, the receptionist. She was very attentive and patient, especially when the hotel was super busy and full. Stef was part of the staff and she was just so kind and helpful with anything I needed or my kids. 」
「My flight arrived after midnight, but I could smoothly check in. The room was clean and quiet. Since my arrival was very late, I couldn’t buy anything at the airport and I was tired. I appreciate the complimentary water packs. Breakfast was also good. If they have a 24-hour store in the hotel, it will be better for those who arrive late (many products in a vending machine were already out when I arrived).」
