「This property is located within 4 minutes walk from Gran Via station. It is super clean, the building is gorgeous and it has a lot of architecture charm and character. It is nearby amazing and yummy restaurants, easy access to shops and supermarkets. Overall the best part was the friendly support received from the staff. Highly recommend!」

「This was a very clean and comfortable stay in a great location. It is above a few floors above a bar, but even on a Friday night we were able to leave the window open and there was not enough noise to bother us. Only issue we had was checking in, but only because we got there after 6pm. We had to haul our bags a few blocks to get our keys, but the host had very clear instructions. Would stay again!」

「This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm.
