"I was not impressed by this hotel. Our "Executive King" room felt like a budget motel room but the cost was definitely not budget - it cost more than the deluxe hotel we stayed at in Shinjuku. This hotel is overdue for a major remodel and was not worth the cost!"

"Everything about the stay was exceptional. Clean room, nice shower, good AC and lights. Next morning paid for breakfast and this was my only complaint. The food was bland, thd eggs fell apart like dried cake, and the coffee was watered down with no boldness. For 2900 yen for breakfast this needs to change. Otherwise outstanding stay will come again very soon! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"This hotel was exceptional. Truly what you would expect for Forbes and Michelin 5 star rating. The rooms were very large for Japan standards. Wonderful deep soaking tub and exquisite views. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is the hotel bar. I’ve never seen such spectacular skyline views. They even stamp the foam of your beer with the hotel logo. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples but not for families because the shower and tub is visible from the bedroom. "

"Overall a lovely stay. Food at breakfast wasn’t the best but suitable. Staff were excellent and service top rate. Hotel looked a bit tired in a few areas (carpets frayed in our bedroom). It’s probably a Japan thing, but nowhere to put the shower head so you can stand u set it. You had to hold it in your hand. "

"As good as my last stay (2023) when the hotel was relatively new. Rooms are a little small for two people but it’s manageable, and expected for Tokyo and the price. Well located with multiple stations and lines nearby."

"I’ve been staying at this hotel for over a decade. It’s impeccably clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s in an absolutely stellar location. The only suggestion I would make for would-be guests is to opt for a larger/2-bed room if more than one person is staying. Great spot. Highly recommended!"
