We loved our stay at Akasaka Granbell. Staff was very friendly, our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Nice area as well, with convienience stores all around and great dining options. Metro station in super short walking distance, easily reaches the places you want to visit in Tokyo. airport transfer bus also stops within 5 min walking distance to the hotel. would come again, absolutely great staying option.

Staff are very attentive, room is very clean and most important is it is close to everything,train station,restaurant.the hotel is located to all convinient store, pharmacy,seven eleven store, grocery and more. If we will go back to Japan again, Granbell hotel will be my first choice.

Room was good and regularly cleaned. Breakfast is simple and light. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Location is very close to multiple train lines, making travel around the city very easy. Definitely recommend!

Excellent staffs, services are superb, great location close to 2 Tokyo metro stations within 5minutes walk. Overall lighting just too dark all over from lobby to elevator, hallways to room are inadequate, the lighting represents a haunted house in a horror movie. It’s is a good place to stay for a couple nights since sightseeing in Tokyo occupied most time of the day . Price and location are good for budget travelers
