We had the option to book an hour every morning and evening—we just booked in the evening because in the morning we are usually ready to get our day started (and I think the bookings started maybe at 8am?). "The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

The food was delicious and well priced, the tents were warm, immaculate, and cosy, they all had heated rugs and heaters, we very very comfortable in the middle of winter. Ordering food directly to your tent was so convenient and the food was absolutely amazing, and really good value! (Apple pie was <1000¥) my wife and I had an amazing experience and I strongly recommend them!"
