I am finding that Japanese hotels are held to a higher standard than those in other countries with regard to cleanliness. This hotel is remarkably well kept. The staff were courteous and helpful. The check-in took less than a minute!

The property is located at the north exit of Mishima station, most of the restaurants are at the south exit area. It's a long walk from north exit to south exit unless you pay 150¥ to enter the station. Lucky the hotel provides free shuttle bus.👍👍

Great! We got a room with Fujisan view! Concierge shouldve been more proactive about their shuttle service - this couldve been very useful during our trip. As always breakfast is sugoi!

Had Parking, clean and well maintained. Staff also soo nice and supportive. Situated between Fuji and Izu area ideal place to cover both place with stay in between. Was able to see the Fuji from window and the cafeteria:)
