「Not only could I not take a shower due to water pipe trouble, I could not even wash my face and brush my teeth. And I am unable to contact the person responsible.」

「Amenity is rather poor 」

「The hotel is at a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice and with cold fresh water. The rooms are fine, beds are comfy. Whatever you don’t see in the room you can call and try requesting it. It is a little old but it’s Morocco. So I wouldn’t mind that so much. It’s clean, no smell, toilet and showers work well.」

「the staff were the sweetest and nicest. very welcoming and genuine care. public area was very well designed, chic yet authentic. very new building. my room was amazing ohhh my goodness my Bed was plush and the best. service was amazing. breakfast on roof top, generous and delicious.」

「1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget.」

「Brilliant accommodation & incredibly helpful staff」
