"The front desk staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and friendly. I had an issue with Expedia and they didn’t stop helping me until it was resolved. Saved me quite a bit of money. Which really helped because we were moving into our new home. It wasn’t just one employee it was the whole front desk team. Thank you to all that helped us to begin our new life in SC on such a positive note!!!!"

"Good hotel overall. Improvements needed regarding pool. It was temporarily closed because the water had recently been treated. This should have been done before the pool opened at 9A instead of 15 minutes after it opened. It wasn’t swimmable until 9:30 which affected our morning plans. We paid $50 extra for a resort fee so it should be ready to go. Breakfast bar was only OK but the coffee was poor as was the cheap coffee provided in our room. "

"My floor had spots they asked did I want to change room but that was downgrade I said I want someone to come clean it scratches really badon floor and bathtub"

"Great location. Easy to walk areas around King Street. Room was large and clean. Parking garage right next door was a convenient and less expensive option to valet. Nice breakfast in the lobby each morning."

"My stay was good. There was a weird smell in the hallway on the 4th floor & there was no do not disturb sign to put on my door. "

" We have stayed here before and we’re looking forward to our stay for the evening. When we arrived we were not informed that the hotel was under renovation. The pool and tiki bar were shut down . We did spend a few hours at the beach and they had music in the hotel lounge that evening which was nice . We were looking forward to pool time , I wish we had been made aware of the construction. I suggest anyone booking in the near future check in on the process of this . They are still charging...

"Long waits at times for an elevator. Friendly front desk people. Plenty of pool and spa room. Room modern and well appointed. Great balcony! Parking a little trying at times. Overall good place. "
