"Everything was great. The only not great thing would be the onsite dinning/restaurants. They were not that great for the amount of money we paid to eat. The pool area was good. My 3 year old loved the splash pad. My 13 and 9 year old enjoyed the lazy river and slides. It was very clean. It was easy to get to the beach and everyone was really nice. "

"We was 5th floor view was great. Room was great had full refrigerator, set of 6 dishes, pots and pans, silverware. My kid's loved the indoor pool and indoor jacuzzi. They have a outdoor jacuzzi, pool, small lazy river. I highly recommend."

"1st time staying at this hotel. The only positive feedback to share is there is friendly staff. The check in process was awful. Rooms were not ready for hours after 4pm, many people trying to check in and rooms were not cleaned/ready on time. Very unorganized and a stressful way to start a vacation. Check in the room, not clean, dirty and not fully ready. Long hair in the bed, bathroom sink not cleaned, etc. Had to go back downstairs for toiletries. The room was old and dirty. Problems with the front door, sliding balcony door, mini fridge had a puddle of water in it, the toilet moved when you sat on it, etc. Very disappointing! Not a good vacation experience. "

"This resort has so much potential to be a 5 star hotel. However, there’s some things that have to be addressed. Housekeeping is shaking. Our coffee area had old coffee drippings on the border. The bathroom was full of hair from previous guest. We stayed on the second floor and you could hear peoples dogs barking. There was a wedding that weekend and the reception went pretty late, music blaring but that’s fine. The issue came after the wedding the wedding party was hanging out in the hallway. Loud, thudding sounds and running back and forth. I was so annoyed. The bell man didn’t speak to us the entire weekend. We didn’t get a parking decal at check in nor instructions on the appropriate place to park. The gate attendant had to tell us when needed the whit rage for the car. Not only that we didn’t get scheduled room service. So at 3 we had to call and ask for it. Heather was so generous to try to make the room service issue right. She’s so kind and very nice. We were at the pool mid day and there were kids in the adults only area. I notified the front desk and they said they would send security. They did not. So the kids continued to annoy the patrons. You could see the frustration from the yelling, splashing and the ball constantly bouncing on their faces as well as ours. The driftwood wings at the bar are the best! Mikey is a fantastic bar tender. The wings by the pool are decent but not worth the price. I was charged $29 for 8 wings. "

"Said they accept service dogs but would not accept our Esa dogs !!! We never have problems with that if advertising service dogs allowed ! We were left with no room for night and had to scurry to find something last minute!!! Will never stay there!! The line to check in was a mad house!!!!"
