「I did not use the internet, so cannot rate Wi-Fi, the ice machine was broken, seems to be normal lately for most hotels I have been this past year, ice machines are broken. But the most important thing was the beds and although the mattress were comfortable enough the base they have them on are extremely LOUD!, you could not shift or move without waking up. Most of these "hotels" say free breakfast but the lobby is the size of a a kids room, so they did have a waffle maker and I saw coffee but...

「 I am writing to report an issue during my stay in room 333 on March 11, 2026. I woke up to find that I had been bitten by bed bugs. I informed the owner of the situation and she said that she didn't believe me and didn't have time to view the photos and asked that I email the photos to her. The email she provided was invalid. She also told me not to come back. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter I have photos of my findings, if needed. 」
