"Villa was great! We've been coming to Kiawah for 20 years and was a homeowner on the island for 11 years. We really enjoyed the location - proximity to beach, Night Heron and Sanctuary. Villa was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Owners were easy to communicate with leading up to our visit. "

"This is the perfect place for a couple or small family. We stayed for a week over Christmas, and the condo had everything we needed. It was super close to the beach and bike paths. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Whenever I return to Kiawah, I will reach out to Steven and Sarah to see if this condo is available before trying anything else. "This house has it all! Great location, nice coastal design, well-equipped kitchen, pool, bicycles that you can ride on the trails or beach. We loved the screen porch to enjoy the mild weather. So nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. For the beach, hosts provided chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, balls and frisbees. Kids, parents and grandparents loved staying here and will come again!"
