"This condo is, as stated, steps from the beach - and the beach is lovely and uncrowded in mid-May. Furnishings were nice and master bathroom is especially nice.Our host Monique maintained great communication. We loved our stay on Kiawah!"

"This unit did not live up to the photos in the listing! 1. Pull out sofa bed in terrible shape and needs to be replaced. 2. Sofa cushions completely worn out. 3. Carpet in hallway and bedroom disgusting and needs to be replaced. 4. Towels very thin and worn. 5. Door to the unit in bad condition - at a minimum needs to be stained or painted. 6. Instructions in booklet on the table need to be updated. Modem is in the cabinet in the living room.7. Unit is overall in need of updating."

"The villa was beautiful and clean and cosey and so close to the beach I could hear it. I will definately stay here again. Loved sitting on the covered balcony after a day at the beach and looking down to see deers grazing out front. We visit Kiawah every few years and meet up with family......and look forward to booking again hopefully very soon and staying in this beautiful villa."

"The villa is excellent in every way. It is on the ocean on the top floor of a well-located quiet building so the balcony and upstairs bedroom have panoramic views. It was nice being so close to the Night Heron complex. Everything that you could possibly need is provided, although you have to pay extra to get beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (but there is a separate company that takes care of all of those details and I can see the management not wanting to worry about that). The rental agent was very responsive and easy to work with."

"Hotel peaked years ago. Staff is very arrogant - had reserved a king bed months and months ago and they didnt have any . Constant weddings and such loud music from the weddings late into the night. Food overpriced. Not worth the high price tag . Do airbnb or Verbo. This is a pass"
