「The room was clean and we'll appointed. The bathroom was incredibly spacious. Staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. The breakfast bag and sweets in the evening are lovely. The complementary bottle of wine was welcome too!」

「フロントスタッフ、クリーニングスタッフ皆さんとても親切です。チェックインの際にはマップにおすすめの散策ルートを記入してくれました。チェックイン後は部屋に問題はないか、必要なサポートはないか等こまめにSMSで連絡をいただきました。 部屋は2階建てになっていて、1階はキッチンとリビング、2階がベッドルームになってます。 目の前がマーケットで、食事、買い物、観光に申し分ないロケーションです。」

「ダウンタウン中心に位置するホテル。ホテルサービス、部屋の設備が充実しているホテルです。 ウエルカムドリンクとしてシャンパンが提供され、部屋についている飲み物も無料で提供されます。部屋についている飲み物が足りなくなればリクエストすると部屋まで持ってきてもらえ、その分も無料です。 車でホテルに行く場合は、ダウンタウン中心部ということもあり一方通行の道が多く、VALETサービスを利用して駐車することをお勧めします。恐らくほとんどの宿泊者がVALETサービスを利用しているようです。 部屋の設備もすばらしく、ふかふかのベッド、バスローブも高級感あふれるものでした。 無料の朝食があり、部屋まで提供されます。とっても美味しかったです。」

「It was a lovely room in a great location. Centrally located. One of only 3 rooms in the building. It was comfortable and spacious!! We received numerous emails with information and instructions, all easy to follow. The parking garage was around the corner and easily accessible. And, after leaving, I realized I left a few articles of clothing in the closet which they quickly mailed out to me. An overall great experience!!!」

「Everything from the moment I walked through the main door, Ms.Toni had such a welcoming smile greeting me to the moment I checked out. I was in town for work & was accidentally booked at another hotel that was not so pleasant whatsoever, so I moved to Spring Hill suites the very next morning. While explaining my previous night stay elsewhere, Toni did everything to accommodate me in order to make my stay even better to help make up for my previous night, even tho it wasn’t at a Spring Hill...
