「ダウンタウン中心に位置するホテル。ホテルサービス、部屋の設備が充実しているホテルです。 ウエルカムドリンクとしてシャンパンが提供され、部屋についている飲み物も無料で提供されます。部屋についている飲み物が足りなくなればリクエストすると部屋まで持ってきてもらえ、その分も無料です。 車でホテルに行く場合は、ダウンタウン中心部ということもあり一方通行の道が多く、VALETサービスを利用して駐車することをお勧めします。恐らくほとんどの宿泊者がVALETサービスを利用しているようです。 部屋の設備もすばらしく、ふかふかのベッド、バスローブも高級感あふれるものでした。 無料の朝食があり、部屋まで提供されます。とっても美味しかったです。」

「ホテル自体も、スタッフのホスピタリティも素晴らしいホテル。高級感があり落ち着いた雰囲気だが、子供のためにボードゲームやDVDなども用意してあり、ファミリーにも過ごしやすい。到着時のワインとチーズのサービスもよかった。 部屋も広く、清潔でデザインもよい。部屋での朝食もおいしかった。 ぜひ再訪したいホテル。」

「I absolutely loved my stay at the Pinch. They provided us with a welcome cocktail and upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite upon arrival. The customer service and hospitality was second to none. The room was spacious and gorgeous. The bathroom was well lit and exceptionally clean which was important to me. Housekeeping staff was very detailed and on point. The pastries for the complementary breakfast were delicious and this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. 」
