"The hotel was perfectly located— we walked everywhere. The beds and pillows were exceptional! The only drawback was the size of the bathroom. It was fortunate that my sister and I were average sized women… any heavier or taller, it would have been impossible to sit without hitting the sink. "

"Was okay, feel there are much better spots to stay at. Location was great though but expected more for the price. Premium king room was extremely small. Do not get a room on the 4th floor, it is a nightmare to go to your room as the main elevator only goes to the 3rd floor than you have to walk the long hallways to go to another elevator to get to the 4th floor. Staff was friendly though "

"The main room was very small approx. 12x12. with a queen bed. No windows with outside view which felt confining. I thought is was just our room but I was told it is every room. The only "window" is from your bedroom to walkway facing in where everybody walks by. Hence, you have to keep closed with plantation shutters. All day coffee was very good. Good location. One reason I choose Inn for the parking on site which I thought was included. Turns out it's $28. We were only there overnight so don't know if it is the cost every day. Better call. Nice spread for happy hour hors d'oeuvres, 8pm cookies, and breakfast. Right now Charleston is a one off. If we ever decide to return we will stay else where. "

"Well located and roomy…why are the the window cranks removed? To create a sealed in atmosphere. Bed side tables only on one side? Small bathroom which needs towel racks and new shower stall.."

"The hotel is in impeccable condition and clean. The breakfast was terrific. The staff were outstanding and focused on meeting any request possible. The location is ideal for visiting Charleston."

"The room was clean, well laid out and a great amount of space. We found the hotel to be great overall, the only slight consideration is the restaurant on the first floor is quite busy, you really need to make reservations most of the time. Also be mindful that if you leave the hotel or need to go to the lobby it's often quite crowded as people wait for seating at the restaurant. We will definitely stay here again."
