「Loved our stay here. We chise a different area than we normally stay for our first few days here. Condo was well taken care of and one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It was a bit smaller than our usual condos at Seaside (Coligny) but it made up for it in amentities and cleanliness. 「This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. The host is very responsive and so very helpful providing information not only about the house but things to do and places to see. The...

「As others have said this is a small place, but it gets the job done. The pickleball courts are right across the way and we used them a lot. Unfortunately, the large pool was broken for a couple of days, but once working it was great. The walk to the beach was easy, as well. I would recommend this place.」

「Excellent rental, clean and had all that we needed. Property was well kept and right near the beach. Amenities at the resort were great.」

「The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost.」

「Location is easy to get to and surrounding area is quaint. We enjoyed our visit and relaxed on the private screened in porch frequently. Condo could use a fresh coat of paint (including molding, doors and ceiling) and also new vents. It is such a cute and cozy condo that a little extra TLC would make quite an impression!」

「Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. It happens, but we look forward to...

「Property was very quiet and comfortable. I liked that they offered you an apple and water every day. Was also great you could get a light breakfast in the morning and head out every day. I didn’t like the roaches we saw in our room. Total 5!」

「Good hotel overall. Improvements needed regarding pool. It was temporarily closed because the water had recently been treated. This should have been done before the pool opened at 9A instead of 15 minutes after it opened. It wasn’t swimmable until 9:30 which affected our morning plans. We paid $50 extra for a resort fee so it should be ready to go. Breakfast bar was only OK but the coffee was poor as was the cheap coffee provided in our room. 」
