"the room was fine. the grounds were covered in ant piles. my kid stepped in a bunch. there was no staff on premises for the front desk making simple tasks way harder than need be. everything was done through a robot and was very inconvenient. i will never be back."

"Heat didn’t work, paid extra for jacuzzi tub but motor didn’t work. Outlets are loose so had to try 4 before finding one that would hold a charge. However, staff was lovely "

"Room was as expected but some disappointments: - no TP in bathroom. Other guests were lined up at front counter for TP and towels. - A/C was very noisy all night. - breakfast was a joke. More of a grab and go. "
