"The room was clean and comfortable with all the items a traveler would need. There were a few concerns with the bathroom, including a towel bar next to the tub which kept falling off. It’s instinct to grab it to get out of the tub and it could present a serious injury if a person tries to use it to get out of the tub. In addition, the tub was very slippery which again presented the likelihood of a serious fall. Overall a lovely resort however."

"Property was dirty. Bottles and trash on roads. Tub had a broken drain plug that didn’t stop the water so had to leave water running while bathing kiddo. Downstairs people smoked cigs and weed multiple times called 3 times and all they did was give them a curtesy call. This continued over the 3 days with no offer to switch rooms. Overall property maintenance is lacking grounds could be kept much cleaner. Maintenance guy has plenty of time on his phone since we could watch him just hang out in the golf cart for hours in his phone while we were in the balcony"

"The Condo was wonderful. Although it’s a fairly small 1 bedroom and 1bath condo, we were amazed at how well the owners utilized the space! Plenty of storage areas for everything you bring. Lots of seating without making the living area feel crowded. It is stocked with all the items you could possibly need in a beach setting. We brought things we never took out of our car. The beach view is surprisingly good for a complex as big as this one. Huge pool, too.It is perfect for a couple. It’s just steps to the elevator making loading and unloading an ease. The hosts are great to work with and are totally responsive if needed. We will definitely be back!"

"This place was perfect for our needs! You could walk to the beach, take your dog everywhere and they even had a crate and food bowls for our pup. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Would 100% stay again!"

"Although we stayed for only three nights,everything at this Village House condo was perfect (except the weather, but what can you do?) It was clean, well-equipped, quiet, and the location was convenient for shops, restaurants, the Westin hotel and of course the beach! The keyless entry made check-in easy. and we even met a few friendly neighbours. We would definitely return!"

"Walking in to this unit we felt the beachy vibe and comforts of home. It is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking and eating in. The owner provided a binder with helpful information about the resort and their Hilton Head Island recommendations. The owner is very responsive when messaging. The location is perfect, with a view of the ocean that is just a short walk down the boardwalk away. We definitely recommend this unit and hope to be back again."
