「Was there for my granddaughters dance competition loved the Convention Center and resort being attached. My biggest complaint is the fact I had to call each day to get cleaning staff to clean room even though I was assured the room would be cleaned daily. On our last full day I came back and forth to the room on several occasions and saw multiple cleaners on floor but our room was never cleaned that day. We had no clean towels and trash cans full. 「We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...

「Everything we needed was provided in the unit. It rained our entire trip, so having some indoor amenities at the property was good. Unit is right in front of the pool, so at times it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from our experience. 」
