"Overall the staff were rude and unwelcoming. The room was clean but the shower floor and bathroom floor were very dirty. The breakfast food wasn’t refilled in a timely manner so we had to wait about 10 minutes for biscuits and sausage to cook before we could eat. The woman cooking grumbled the entire time she walked around the food area. It was an overall terrible experience. One that I have not had with this chain of hotels. We normally stay at this chain because it is so clean, the breakfast is consistently good and staff are welcoming and helpful. "

"A decent place to crash for one night for a long road trip. Clean, has TV, has working AC & pet friendly. Free parking on the property. Good for the price. "

"Do not recommend. We travel a lot and this is the only time I have given a negative review. Pulling up, I had instant regret as it looked run down to me. The person at the front desk was friendly as she checked us into our non-smoking room. At 11:30pm the partying in the room next door started, and our nonsmoking room quickly filled with the smell of cigarette smoke from the people next door. By midnight, I called the front desk and they said they would deal with the noise. To my comment on the smoking, they said that our room was nonsmoking. I said I understood that but the people next door were smoking and the smell was coming in. 10-15min later the noise had not stopped, so I called back. They said they would deal with it. By this point I had already taken my puffer multiple times because I was coughing and couldn’t breathe due to my asthma. I slept 4-5hrs max. At checkout, I relayed my experience, and the front desk staff member was dismissive. They refused a refund. Expedia also called to request a refund and they were denied. "

"The check in was smooth, the staff friendly. The hotel is clean and laid out efficiently. The pool was not open at this time. The room was very small, just big enough to get around the bed. The flat panel TV was a good size and the channel selection good. The bathroom was decently sized and carried everything you would expect. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The included breakfast was very sparse, very little selection, a few choices of cereal, some muffins and bagels, 2 fruit drinks, and a pancake machine to make your own. A few other things, but no eggs or meats. It's a discount hotel, we only stayed for one night."
