The room had a strong urine smell, likely coming from the carpet. The paint was peeling from the ceiling, making the room look poorly maintained. 「Unfortunately for the hotel, they had an issue with the fire alarms and sprinklers going off which led to me leaving my room hoping to work (remotely) in the lobby only to find the sirens and water was far worse there. It was almost 2 inches deep in the entire lobby area including the front desk as the sprinklers continued to pour from the ceilings with firemen all about and staff scrambling. 「The room was clean and remodeled. The breakfast was only fruit, bread, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. The workout room was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned as the towels hadn’t been washed, the mats were filthy, the toilet didn’t flush, and there were no wipes to clean the equipment off. The rooms did not have microwaves and the one in the lobby was leaking water. The only ice machine was on the main floor and there was only one elevator.」

「Cute little room in a sweet house! Breakfast crowd in the morning could have been a little quieter for others but that’s no fault of the owners. Enjoyed my stay. Would love to come back!!!」

「A great location and a good price. The grounds were nice with a great view of ponds and a little wildlife of turtles, alligators and birds. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was not so good. The water/juice machine did not work and the food was so so. Bottled water was provided later in the day. All in all, we would stay there again.」
