「We stayed in the Costa Rican bungalow and it was absolutely perfect for our first “dog vacation” The bungalow had a fully equipped kitchen (EVERYTHING you might need is there - pots, dishes, appliances etc etc.). The bed was super comfy and the whole place is beautifully decorated with unique touches everywhere. Plus there’s a big comfy porch with a sliding gate so you can spend a relaxing afternoon outside with your pup. The location is in walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants....

「I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. When i went back down to the desk to ask i was told there was probably a maintenence problem.They did offer us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but it doesn't change the bed size. When we...

「Noise and voices could easily be heard in adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, the inconsiderate people next to me were ignorant, extra loud and could care less. The walls and ceilings must have been paper thin too. I stayed here seven and a half years ago and it hasn't been updated: chipped paint, missing caulk, molding coming off, etc.」

「This place is truly a hidden gem. It’s our second year visiting, and we love it just as much as the first time. The staff is wonderful, and the whole atmosphere feels like home. I do miss the bikes they used to have, though.」

「We got there around 5pm on 5/1 and soon found out there was no hot water! My wife had to take a cold shower. I could not take a hot shower until mid day on 5/2. I would like a partial refund please.」
