「Overall, we had a good stay at Tides Folly Beach, and the hotel itself was nice. However, the experience started on a disappointing note. We booked our stay well in advance, but our room wasn't ready at check-in. After a long flight and drive, waiting more than two hours with a toddler made the start of our vacation much more stressful than it should have been. To the hotel's credit, the staff compensated us for the inconvenience, and we appreciated the gesture. However, we didn't book this...
