The staff are so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Room was very nice. All the rooms have different names and are all decorated differently. Located a couple of blocks from the beach in the heart of Folly Beach. Can’t wait till our next visit!

This is such a cute, quaint place. The entire check-in process was super easy and they provide you with everything imaginable that you would need for a beach trip. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back.

The bedrooms, are nice comfy. there is a common area for guests. This is great for meeting fellow travelers. We enjoyed the self serve breakfast. Coffee, popcorn fresh baked cookies available. nice touch

This is a very sweet place, don’t expect your bed made every day (your mother doesn’t work here!) but there is little that you will be left wanting. You have a microwave a cute little refrigerator, comfy bed and towels. Breakfast is plenty of choices and greasy every morning. They have beach towels and sand toys for the kids. Sweet ladies that run the place. We will definitely be visiting again!

A bit pricey

The cottage is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and beach. Compared to other places I’ve stayed this one is a bit pricey for what you receive.

Awesome spot just a few blocks from the beach and near a ton of great restaurants, bars, etc. Loved the Betty White room - it was bright, clean, and spacious. Enjoyed access to common kitchen and appreciated the daily continental breakfast. Staff was always pleasant and friendly as well. Noise travels quite a bit, but everyone was really nice about observing quiet hours. Plenty of street parking available. A small desk or table would have been nice in the actual room, but definitely not the end of the world. Glad there was a fridge and microwave though. I would definitely recommend Riverside!

Wonderful ladies!!!!

I came on this trip just to kind of get away and I decided to book this little cottage. I always go to Folly Beach. I love the people. I love the atmosphere. It’s totally different than Columbia South Carolina rooms were super clean. The attendance were extremely nice. I was only there one night, but they were very knowledgeable about the area and were genuinely good hearted people that want to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I will be back!

Wonderful stay, nice cozy room .. love that they served breakfast .. felt like staying at home away from home. Only complaints are TV was hard to use and having issues watching anything, and could use blind on window in door facing bed. Glad to have stayed. Joyce the housekeeper was so sweet

My husband and I stayed 2 nights here and had a wonderful stay! Free on street parking and the location is within a half mile walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great, the managers Joyce and Kat were friendly and knowledgeable. Bikes available for use and we rode 2 miles to the county park at the end of the island. We can't wait to return!
