The name Corporate Inn implies that people who work remotely can work there, but I had to pass on work because their WiFi is completely unreliable. I was very surprised by that because they are in the heart of Silicon Valley. I lost money because I could not take on assignments while there.

We were not informed about $20.00 parking fee when we checked in. When we checked out , that’s when they told us. Most hotels offer free parking if you are staying there.

Very mediocre “inn”. Absolutely not a “hotel”. Stayed there 4 nights and got no room service. They said you need to stay 5 nights LOL! Honestly it’s about a 2 star stay but I put 3. For the prices they charge it’s not the nicest option. $10 per night for parking too and it’s underground.

This place is struggling. The layout of the pool and the cheap price were what drew us to this place for a quick trip to the bay. However the pool deck had some pretty bad staining and cracking around the tiny hot tub. And it looks like that may have lead to a massive leak which blew out the ceiling in their underground garage. Felt a bit unsafe. Outside of that the staff will charge you $100 for incidentals when you check in (not a hold which I expected). And, the breakfast isn’t a breakfast at all. It’s cheap Costco snacks. At least the bed was clean.

I travel alot for work and this was the worst experience I have had. Very loud in the mornings & when I complained was told quiet hours end at 6 am which is way too early. Pool & hottub were never open even though when I booked said it would open the end of June.Housekeeping doesn't come regularly even when I was told I would have clean towels and trash taken out every day. Hotel hallways smelled terrible, keys constantly didn't work.

The room was breaking apart. The ceiling was cracked in several places and the room smelt damp. There was a sprinkler system across the wall and overnight it seeped water into our room. The carpets were soggy and so were our bags. We told the front desk who moved us into another room. The swimming pool is non operational and that isn't caught in our Expedia booking. The key cards continue to get demagnatised. I had to rekey my cards atleast 15 times in the 5-6 days I lived there. I don't think I'll ever book my family at this property again. There are better value props available.

Parking situation sucked, one of the front desk workers try to questioned me if I was staying after I been there a night trying to get my card fixed to go into the room acting like I didn’t have reservations. After checking in a few hours later proceeded to call me to tell me they have to charge me for parking because I went threw a third party when they had no security and the fact if it wasn’t for a third party system I wouldn’t even know who they were. The room was decently clean. Terrible lay-down of the room

Very disappointed. A lot of misrepresentation. Pictures were not what reality presents. Building is old, not maintained, carpets in hallway isdurty n has that damp mildew smell. Its like a 1 star hotel. We requested a refund for misrepresentation and was told the manager is not back to approve until monday. We checked out right after check in. I need my money back. Non refundable only applies if stay was used and if there is no misrepresentation. I am hoping they will do the right thing and give me my money back.

Pool wasn't open. Property was generally a bit tired. The shower temperature wasn't hot enough (luke warm) and it took a long time for the water to warm up. Otherwise it was clean and rooms were sufficient.

This is a tiny gem in the midst of all the overpriced hotels in the area. I was surprised at how spacious the rooms are, including a kitchen and seating area, and the location is great if you have a car. I have stayed twice, and will be back.
