「Best stay I had 」

「This is the perfect getaway for two. The apartment is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The location is a very short drive to the beach, shops, and activities. Check in and check out was a breeze. 」

「The place is a dump. Staff were nice. Proximity to beach is great. The rest is putrid. Holes in the furniture. Holes in the walls. The hvac filter hadn’t been changed in quite some time. The main tv didn’t work. It’s a dump but it has a beautiful beach. 」

「The property is in great condition. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. One small issue: there is no dishwasher or dish rack so we had to wipe all plates dry with paper towel before departure. I would also suggest that the owner reduce the number of emails and text messages sent to guests. A lot of the ones I received were duplicates and a bit annoying.」

「My husband and I were thrilled with this property for our five night getaway. Surprisingly to me, it was everything it stated it would be and also the prior reviews were very good. The beach view was amazing and the amenities were kept very clean. There were a lot of hoops to jump through to be approved for the rental (sending id pictures, credit card info for every transaction add on etc…) but in the end it was worth the time. Definitely want to stay there again!」
