「Loved the resort- highly recommend a check-in a better overview of all amenities available. Would’ve appreciated booking the spa we booked online through Expedia so we did not know this was an option. We absolutely loved the restaurant waiter but it was unfortunate He was the only one staffed for the restaurant and the bar. He made the experience very memorable and had the best hospitality. The food was great, but I think you would have a better turnout if there was more staff support.」

「Very historic hotel in the heart of Charleston. Beautiful big room with giant King Size bed and plenty of of air conditioning for the heat in Charleston summer time. Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend and book again !」

「We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...
