「I have never had to write a review on this place. It is very clean and most of the staff is respectful. The guy that was to provide things for my room did not provide me with what was needed. He did not refill the coffee everyday, the towels and wash cloths, dish detergent, nor did he ever bring my dish towel or dish rag back to my room. He did not leave me trash bags or any of those things. I had to call 3 times or more to get the things I needed for my room. They did apologize but on vacation...

「Our room was clean upon arrival. However, there were 4 of us, we took it upon ourselves to straighten the sheets every day, but the maids did not straighten what we had done or change the linen the entire time we were there. We were there 4 nights, not sure if this is new Hilton policy on water conservation but for $425 a night it was expected. They only emptied trash cans & left fresh towels. Then had a tip QR code by the bed. The view is nice. Breakfast is ok however with the amount...

「The property was decent parking was 20 a day and the balcony door was stuck which I couldn’t use the balcony the first day but I give the property a 7/10」

「The rep that checked us in was so personable. She gave us wonderful directions around the resort. Suggested onsite restaurants along with a wonderful off site place. We stayed an extra night because of the wonderful service and great food choices too!!」

「Great location, except for the individual who checked me, other staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The super large jacuzzi and second jacuzzi were fantastic. The pool looked inviting but I appreciated the ocean front view and seconds to the water with beach chairs and umbrellas set up by an outside vendor and plenty room for items you bought yourself. 「I love everything it was clean, the view was amazing. I did find hairs on the blanket and floor washing the extra blanket and pillows after every guests some sand under furniture. The dryer had sand in the filter. Other than that, the room was pretty clean and I really did and enjoy all the services.」
