Staff was rude, no one ever came to check our rooms and when we asked for clean towels they said we had to wait to 11am to get towels. We never did! . Mind you we were there for 5 days and never had anyone come to the room to restock toilet paper, coffee, towels and etc.. They don't provide conditioner and they don't provide pool towels. They don't really have an indoor pool and hot tubs are have warm water. The best part of the hotel was that it was beach front property.

The pool was very fun. Kids loved it. So did we. It wasn’t too packed in a few areas. We really liked the pool area at the first building. The water slides were perfect and hardly had lines so the kids could just go and go and go until they were exhausted. My 4 year old and my 9 year old had a blast.

This hotel is disgusting. The room was dirty, mold and mildew all over the shower and bathroom area. Lots of hair mostly in the bathroom area but all over the the room as well. There was trash all over the pool area, including the pool itself - food pieces floating in the pool. We will never stay here again.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time, room floors were very dirty, bathroom was extremely small, walkways to rooms outside were very dirty with garbage and some food in the same location not cleaned up for 3 days. Pools has sand and debris floating in them.

Room wasn’t very clean, extremely dated. We found a bug in the kitchen.not all hot tubs were working or not warm. No staff to be found or contact when you needed help. The floors in out room were so dirty we had to put towels down to clean the floor. Also they don’t have restrooms by the pool.

We weren’t able to check into our room until almost 8 o clock at night. We got there at 3:30, checked in, but they told us to come back in an hour because the room wasn’t ready yet. When we came back, the line was so long for check in, I instantly began panicking after a 13 hour travel day wondering if we were ever gonna get our room. My two boys were with their Dad at the pool so I would go back and forth hoping for the line to die down. Around 7:30 pm I figured the line was not getting smaller so I chose to at last stand in the line. Noticing a new person on shift, I politely told the man I had already checked in hours ago and just need keys to our room. He allowed me to go in and spread check in and FINALLY got our room. In all the trips we’ve taken, nothing had caused me so much stress and anxiety then wondering if we were gonna be able to check in to our hotel that had been booked months in advance. Because of this, we won’t stay here again. We’ve stayed at the SeaCrest which we loved but chose Crown Reef because of the bigger water park. Not worth it!

The kids love all the activities, everybody was very friendly , the pool was cleaned every morning ! The only thing I would say is that the bathroom could’ve been cleaned a little better it wasn’t bad but it could use a good wipe down over what was cleaned . (It was also spring break I know they were very busy ) overall 9.5 out of 10 I think old definitely book again !

They label themselves a resort and charge a fee .. however the grounds and pools stay dirty.. the onsite restaurant is a disaster. Hour long waits for food with the place empty and they have the nerve to try and upsell as a timeshare .. they should be ashamed

Pool was awesome kids never got bored they always felt like it wasnt enough, arcade is super fun and the gecko restaurant was about $170 for 5 adults 1 3year old the view on the room makes the trip endless ocean view with the sunrise being the best part.

Pros: the pool and waterslides were great! Warm and fun! The access to the beach & ocean views were great as well. Cons: our room smelled so strongly of Mary-Jane it was unbearable. I said something to the staff and they gave us a bottle of air freshener. Which didn’t help at all. The room was dirty (I had to wipe the entire place down upon arrival) & the bathrooms were tiny. They also do not enforce quiet hours so at all hours of night, you can hear people yelling and slamming doors. Not great for a family trying to sleep. The pools made it worth it but we definitely won’t be back.

The outside of this place looks like Malibu, but the inside feels like a Motel 6. The room was extremely outdated and did not look clean or inviting at all. When I called the front desk to request a different room, I was told nothing else was available. To make matters worse, my daughter and grandson got sick after using the jacuzzi. My grandson broke out in a rash all over his body, and my daughter developed an infection in her leg. We were later told the jacuzzi likely contributed to both issues. In the middle of the afternoon—while the kids were napping—there was loud drilling and banging directly above us. We were never informed at check-in that construction was taking place. When I complained, the front desk simply said it was listed on their website, which is not acceptable. This experience was not only disappointing but unacceptable, especially for a family vacation. Due to the condition of the room, the undisclosed construction, and the health concerns caused during our stay, I am formally requesting a full refund. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families. April 2026 Spring Break was completely ruined.

Overall the property was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would’ve gave the hotel five stars but when they charged me a fee per day to park my car on the property that I paid auite a bit to stay for 4 days….yeah no 3 stars. I’ve stayed at hotels just as nice and there was no fee to park my car. I get it if it were valet parking but that wasn’t the case. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle. You charge people high prices to stay, you should at least let them park their cars for free.

There people eating in the hot tub, debris in the lazy river and puke in one of the pools which we brought to someone's attention, after about 4 hrs it was still floating near the steps to get in. On day 4 out key card quit working and when we called the front desk (which took 20 min get someone) the gentleman that answered said I needed to come across the street to check in and get another one. Once across the street I stood in line for 30 min to get one made. A lot of signage about rules that were not enforced, such as smoking in pool areas. You would think for a place that charges what they do, especially up charges for parking, they would take more pride in there resort, if you can call it that. Lastly, after check I was directed to a stand to get pool/water park wrist bands, only to be given a pitch about free credits for food ect if I attended a 90 min seminar selling time shares. I will not be staying here again.
