「A beautiful property conveniently located adjacent to historic downtown Beaufort.」

「The package is supposed to include breakfast, but when you go to eat, you have to pay. Therefore, they shouldn't claim that breakfast is included. Aside from that, everything else is perfect.」

「Breakfast was good quality, the a/c was good but “loud” and being right next the bed, it didn’t seem to shut down off all night, despite changing the temperature. Not an issue for this visit but the pool was closed on the previous visit, a year ago and observed that it was still or closed again this visit. Staff were Awesome in accommodating our visit of several friends who came together for our friend who passed away in Beaufort. 」

I don't think they own a vacuum cleaner, or maybe it's broken or something because there were Cheerios, bits of plastic, dried mud clumps and I don't even want to know what the white stuff was in the carpets. The walls had smears, there was tape on the ceiling, and the dust on the lamps and towel shelves was thick enough to carve. The toilet paper dispenser doesn't fit a whole roll of toilet paper; you have to take it off the core to get it to actually roll. The shampoo...

「Breakfast seemed not very fresh, also lack of coffee machine in a room for me was uncomfortable, the rest was good - clean, no carpets, the hotel is in a good condition in overall. 」

「No one is at the actual desk. You have to talk to the kiosk and check in takes forever. The room did not feel secure as the sliding door did not latch. Booked 2 night stayed a few hours and left. 」

「Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. 」

「This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. 」

「Hotel needs updating in mechanicals. Bath fan did not work. Elevator has not been operable for 11 years. Bearing noise in HVAC unit squeaking kept me awake. Breakfast really minimal. Front desk staff very friendly.」

「The room was nasty as there were bugs in our room, the bed was horrible and the drain to the shower would only go down very slowly. One of the maids asked us for money on Saturday stating “until she got paid tomorrow” which happened to be Easter Sunday and knew she would not get paid that day. There were also kids running up and down the hallway and slamming doors. We checked out early because of this. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!」

「We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given...
