「I received a confirmation of my reservation. On the day of the start of my stay, I asked for the code to the property. I was told that reservation needed to be cancelled. The owner stated that they had issues with accepting payments and could not accept my reservation. This was the first notice I had received that anything was wrong. It was then that I received notice of my refund. I was very frustrated and had to make last minute arrangements for lodging that evening.」
