Wonderful check in with ebony . Terrible experience with management. I checked in then left for dinner. When I returned my key didn’t work, it took over an hour while I waited in the lobby for a manager to come and let me in the room. When I asked for compensation they offered 29 dollars in water. I had driven 10 bites and was sick and his apology was weak. They told me I had to contact Expedia for compensation but Expedia wouldn’t send me to a representative. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty and the door was damaged. Other than ebony I had a bad experience
