「If I could give 0 starts I would. Upon arrival the lady at the reception claimed I booked a smoker room and the charged me $20 extra for a non smoker, funny enough there was a person smoking cigarettes all night in front of our room and we had to deal with second hand smoking. Air condition smelled horrible and everything was filthy. Would NEVER stay again」

「Entire stay was 5 stars except for checkout at the end. Orville at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful which is a shame because all of the other staff were exceptional and I loved everything about the resort. The aesthetic, the amenities, the beach access and the pools were wonderful. The food was top tier and I was very impressed with all of the restaurants.
