The room smelled awful; there were multiple stains on floor, futniture and shower; Also, there were limited housekeeping services; asked for linen to be changed but was informed that they could give us extra linen but they did not have the staff to change it for us; we did not receive any housekeeping services: leftover beverages were left in the refrigerator in the room from prior guests; the room was dusty and the furniture was outdated; the entire resort was outdated and unkept

Service for cleaning room was absolutely horrible floors dirty shower not cleaned cabinet shelves not wiped down and cleaned. Balcony door not locking Thats a safety risk Floors not swept. This trip from the beginning was horrible. Check in was 4. I got there at 405. Bc the Hotel had issues, I couldn’t get into my room until 715. Also I paid for an ocean view rm, and the view I could see was a parking garage. The inside pool & jacuzzi was always too filthy for me to get in. The room walls were filthy. This hotel, definitely need an upgrade. The bar was the best!!!

We stayed on the condo side of the property so I'm only reviewing that. We got to the room and there were 2 large garbage bags, full, on the floor just outside of our room. These stayed for a day and a half. The room was very old and outdated. The bathroom was the worst. Dirty, patched holes all over, moldy ceiling and shower. Garbage still in the room from the prior guests when we arrived. Paid to upgrade to an ocean front room. Very disappointing to have to look across the pool to see it. Not the ocean front I was expecting. Check in and out were smooth and staff was friendly. I don't do these reviews often because everyone has their own standards but this was such a disappointment that I want to share it with others who are deciding where to stay. I wouldn't recommend the condo side. I can't speak to the hotel side.

The hotel is an older hotel the room had some updates. However the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The floors were not swept at all. Food crumbs and other small trash was all over the floor. There was a small broom and dust pan in the room. We Sept the main walking areas and it was horrible the amount of stuff on the floor. We then took a wet bath math and ran it over the floor. It turned the white mat black. The kitchen stuff was sort of clean but we washed everything to be sure. All this and we had to wait 3 hours past check in to even get into the room.

Staff at check in was very nice. Valet service was great in taking our luggage to our room. Parking was convenient. I had a 2 bdrm 2 bth suite the setup was perfect the balcony was a side view. TV in each room, bathrooms were clean except for the roaches crawling on the floor in both bathrooms and in the kitchen. The kitchen counter was taped up with duct tape and wasn’t holding anymore and the piece under the counter was just hanging. Also the toilet next to the kitchen we had to shake the handle to stop it from running. We complained about the roaches and the microwave. John from maintenance who was very nice came up and sprayed. The microwave wouldn’t get hot, so John also brought up a microwave for us to use.

We stayed in room 1233. The beds have metal frame and one of the beds the bottom box was inside the metal making the bed unbalanced. The sheets and cover had yellowish stains. I asked to get help that night and no one came. Had to wait till next day. I got sheets that also were stained. The covers couldn't be changed??? That makes me wonder if they actually change them or how often. The glass doors could use cleaning.

This was a last minute extension of our vacation, so to be fair, I would not have chosen a resort at all. Check in was at 4:00, at 6:00 still no room. We had dinner reservations so we couldn’t even freshen up and change before hand. Arrived back at resort after 11, still some confusion on our room. Finally get to our room and it was sketch. Didn’t meet expectations, cracks in all the walls , and I mean every one. Patched like a band aid and painted over. Just looked gross tbh. The view from the balcony was nice, not that we got to enjoy it until the next morning due to the lack of our room being ready. It was one night, smelled weed throughout, a bit chaotic, it just wasn’t our vibe. Others seemed to be enjoying themselves though.

Ok I will be completely honest, do not I repeat do not look at the picture's. Take the pictures and add about 15 years worth of age on top of it. First and foremost the setup of the resort is very confusing. There is two separate buildings far apart from each other and there is no telling what building you are in until you check in. And in the second building there is no staff to help you so if you need help you have to go way down the road to get it. Secondly what’s presented in the pictures is just not the case anymore. The building is old and worn down and needs maintenance badly. As far as the rooms, we had the two bedroom suite in the second building. parking was good and ample. The room was clean and had everything you need. The beds were horrible and need to be replaced the glass doors did not lock so if you have little kids I had to constantly make sure mine weren’t on the balcony by themselves because the doors wouldn’t lock. The location was good but it took them a while to find my Expedia reservation and at first was trying to get me to repay it and cancel on Expedia. All in all I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 my family enjoyed themselves sleep was rough but hey what can I expect for spring break. If money is tight this will be ample but if it’s not I would look at better alternatives.

The room I had was super clean and very nice. However, the oceanfront efficiency room, did not have a balcony just a sliding door and railing which was a bummer. The view of the ocean was amazing! This resort is a one stop shop for pretty much everything you need (bar, restaurant, convenience store, pool front bar, live music). This was my second time staying here and it was great. The line for check in was super long, so please be patient. They need a couple more agents to assist with check in.
