"The pool was nice but no one was there togive towels or keep the floors and elevators clean. This left a damp smell everywhere. Even the lobby chairs were soaking wet. I made the mistake of sitting in one. My entire rear end was wet for hours. No place to change. Checkin took hours."

"Our 2 day stay was a disaster from the beginning. We arrived at 4:30 for a 4pm check in and there was line of people out of the door trying to check in. We left and came back at 7pm and I spoke to another guest who said they arrived at 4pm and got checked in at 5:30pm We stayed in the north tower of the hotel and the hallways and elevator smelled of marijuana. (explain that smell to your kids). We left for dinner and came back at 11pm to go to bed to find that the AC was not working. It was too late to call for maintenance so we just went to sleep and had to sleep with the balcony door open. The overall experience was so poor that elected to check out the following morning and drive home to NJ. We complained at check out and asked if they would give us a partial refund. They told us to contact Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel and the hotel refused to provide a partial refund. The hotel also double charged our credit card for sundries bought in the store. They have not replied to my email request for a refund (3 days). I would call but the front desk proved to be totally incompetent every time we went there so would be no point. Would not go back and would not recommend to anyone."
