We enjoy this hotel. The location is awesome and the pool area is nice especially with little kids! They have a one foot deep pool that was very accommodating for toddlers ! Personally would have liked to be a bit higher level we were on second floor but it was ok! My room had smudge marks on the wall, an old hair tie holding the drapes up and the toilet kept needing fixed in order to flush. Also fridge was freezing our food and the freezer was messed up. Beds super comfortable!!

The hotel was nice and convenient. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We wanted to visit the waterpark on the first day that it opened, but it looked like they were still cleaning it and working on it and we weren’t able to go.

We had partial beach view, but it was still stunning. Our only complaint was how soft the beds were. We are used to a firmer mattress, so our sleep wasn't as good. With the dredging that has been done, we were delighted to find LOTs of sharks teeth lying on the white sand, didn't even have to go to the water to find any.

I would say I stay wasn’t terrible it was definitely a good trip. I think for that much money a night for one day the pictures on the website is not the actual hotel. Everything is so out dated in that hotel. I feel the owners are making enough money to update that hotel. The staff was cleaning and very nice it was clean it’s just oldddd and the ac in the rooms are horrible it’s so much stuff on it that looks bad. The lady in the front with braids was so nice and friendly. My only complaint is the place need to be updated VERY badly if you going to charge that much an day

Kind of a gross resort. Check-in was late and the front desk staff snippily said check in “starts” at 4, not guaranteed to be ready at 4. The common areas were gross and dirty and smelled poorly. Amenities closed earlier than advertised. Room was quite dirty: a man’s swim trunks in the safe, skittles on the floor. Telephone didn’t work, remote for tv was missing, those these were fixed after I managed to get through to front desk. Great location and views of the ocean, though. There are certainly better resorts for a similar price in MB; this one was just fair/poor.

Not sure how I feel about this place,I stayed with family of four and chose it for everything to do in the facility since weather was cold and rainy ….The price during poor weather or winter months is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT…( water park closed for season should have been posted on site at least not that I saw during my booking search)) arcade,golf,and indoor pool was available (cost not a lot but still more money) breakfast buffet (again more money) was smaller then most continental breakfast and in completely different buildings. STAFF AND CLEANLINESS WERE THE ONLY THING I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT. DO GO TO THE NAIL SALON DURING YOUR VISIT VERY GREAT PRICES AND WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Very rude front desk employee that was uninviting, on her phone instead of greeting us, made a comment about not finding the correct parking lot, and could not properly explain booking information. Manager was called in (she was very friendly) and was able to provide clarity and actually answer questions with a smile.
