「Condo was nice. If going to beach need to take a shuttle」

「Beautiful villa. Plenty of room and nice view of water and sunsets. Very nice pools and grounds. Very clean and plenty of towels and other extras. Staff helpful and courteous. Would definitely rebook if ever come back to Hilton Head. Quiet but convenient location.」

「Horrible place to deal with. We got there on a Friday afternoon and the key pad wasn't working. Called the number. The manager was not there. The managing property was in California. Told us the manager wouldn't be back until Monday. After 3 hours on the phone with them, Told us to find a hotel for the night and they would reimburse us for the night. Called the next morning and was told some one went out to fix the keypad. We got there and the keypad was still not working. Called the main number...

「The property was great but we went there was construction in the hotel which made going and coming out of rhe hotel sometimes difficult. The room was great but housekeeping was more on request versus staff initiation which made us need to ask for things all the time. The view was amazing」

「So this is actually a vacation club that they try to get you to sit through a 45 minute sales. The room was good and it is a nice and quiet property. There is a couple things I did not like. First, check in starts at 4 pm and at 4:42 we received a call asking when we plan to check in, we were stuck in traffic. I thought this was crazy! Next, you have to turn down the sales pitch. They also give all adults in the party a thicker rubber band for the pool area, and if you do not turn these back in...
