「I stayed at this resort (July 2025), and it was wonderful. I requested a top floor and the receptionist was able to accommodate me last minute. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are amazing they are recently updated and had a washer/dryer and provided all the necessary amenities such as detergent, broom, mop, vacuum to keep the room clean. The pool area has 4 seperate sections one kiddie pool, one with a pirate ship, one with a lazy river, and the third is a standard pool...
「I had a really great stay at the Sheraton. It was near enough to the beach to walk on a nice day. I also loved the ocean-front view from my room.
Breakfast was good. I suggest putting the croissants and pastries somewhere away from the toaster. I walked in just as someone's croissant was on fire inside. They had to put a sign, asking people to not toast the croissants and pastries. Perhaps if those items were away from the toaster people won't be tempted.
The pool is indoors and only 3 feed...

「The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave.
The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...
