「Great communication with the host before, during and after the check out process. The condo was in a good location, close proximity to the areas where I needed to visit which was a plus. Having an elevator to go back and forth was also heaven sent since the property is located on the 3rd floor.」

「We had a horrible experience at this location. What we saw online (clean rooms, helpful staff, smart tvs, wifi) was not what we saw when we arrived. There was a sign by the office that said "No stupid people beyond this point". We booked a king room and were given a room with two queens, we went back and got a change. When we got to the second room, the room was dirty and in disrepair. There was visible evidence of a mess on the bedding that was clearly not cleaned. The couch was clearly broken...
