「From the time we arrived until we left everything was groomed and maintained perfectly」

「The room was clean when we got there, the staff was amazing and very helpful, breakfast was as good as hotel breakfast is, parking was plentiful, our only issue the entire stay was our key kept disconnecting from the door so we’d have to go down and get it reconnected it was annoying but the staff was very helpful in getting it fixed each time」

「Checking in was slow process, multiple people in a line waiting. Looking close to surroundings, you can notice spots that are not cleaned as well as others. My room had an issue with the door and key card. After visit back to front desk, the front desk clerk came up to check it out. It miraculusly worked. 「We had a horrible experience at this location. What we saw online (clean rooms, helpful staff, smart tvs, wifi) was not what we saw when we arrived. There was a sign by the office that said "No stupid people beyond this point". We booked a king room and were given a room with two queens, we went back and got a change. When we got to the second room, the room was dirty and in disrepair. There was visible evidence of a mess on the bedding that was clearly not cleaned. The couch was clearly broken...

「Great communication with the host before, during and after the check out process. The condo was in a good location, close proximity to the areas where I needed to visit which was a plus. Having an elevator to go back and forth was also heaven sent since the property is located on the 3rd floor.」
