「Location was great! Close to the beach and Broadway, house itselve was how it was listed. Cleanliness was the biggest issue, cleaning company did a poor job. Dust on the ceilings, and behind doors and baseboards. Floors were swept but could tell it hadn’t been mopped in a long while. In Master bed room there was stuff under beds (trash/dust) that had been there a while but not cleaned between tenants. Home was great! But property manager definitely needs to change cleaning company. 」
