「Ok so this place’s only positive is the location but other than that not much else. They keep one person at the front desk and whoever the person was seemed bored and unhelpful. Rooms have thin comforters and the phone, coffee machine and lotion dispenser did NOT work. When we advised the front desk, they said they would get out fixed not nothing happened. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.」

「Pros: clean room, nice pools, great beach view, and restaurant was good, but pricey. Cons: They required a $250 hold on a card at check-in, which was expected, but did not accept tap-to-pay. This caused me to use my debit card freezing my money I intended to use for spending. 」

「My trip last week 4/18/26 - 4/21/26 was awful! On check-in, I waited 10 minutes before Lawrence came around the corner, then another 5 minutes for him to deal with another guest, then do something on his computer. The room was in a good location for us, but it was nasty! The floors were sticky, there was urine on the base of the toilet, the AC filters were dirty, and the complimentary breakfast was gross.
