「It is my second time staying in the Surfside Beach hotel. Love the location! Hotel is awesome with amazing view. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurants nearby.」

「The staff were nice and helpful. However, the hotel is dated and the sofa rollout bed mattress had stains on it and was on need of replacement. They assigned us a room with a handicapped shower that we didn’t require or requested. I would have rather the room be reserved for someone who needed it. This was my first visit to a Best Western hotel and the only way I would stay to another Best Western hotel if it was a last resort. At best my rating for this hotel is a 2 rating.」

「The hotel overall was filthy. All floors, windows, hall furniture and common areas were in need of a deep and thorough clean. The pool was more green and did not appear clean. All wallpaper was rippled, peeling, or stained. The doors had dents all up and down them. The breakfast nook was dirty. There was hair in both beds. The bathtub needed a deep scrub or replacement. The furniture was dated, dented, and edges were peeling. Two staff members were at the front desk talking about how rooms were...

「We did not receive housekeeping our entire stay. We had to go downstairs to get towels everyday and the housekeeper was on our floor. On Friday the hotel did not have hot water, the ice machine was broken on the 1st floor, the hotel had a weird smell, the ironing board was broken and broken my nail. We paid over $600 for a 3 nights stay and it was not worth the money.」

「"Ocean view" is a view of the parking lot. Apparently, if you want to have a room on the ocean you need to look for "ocean front". The toilets are very hard to flush and require multiple flushes. Could not open the patio door unless two people pushed (We are not weak). There was blood on the white comforter.」

「No elevator would be nice to know. We came at 3:30p nope check in at 4p ,returned took 40 minutes to get the room cause everyone was lazy and going home.」

「When we arrived there was a wait for them “put towels in the rooms.” Emphasis on that. Ourselves and several other travelers had to wait almost an hour and a half for house keeping to supposedly put towels in the rooms.. let’s be real here, (the rooms still needed to be cleaned..)When we finally got in the room the bed wasn’t even made! The “towels” and other clean linens were “just thrown on the bed for us to make it ourselves!” They’re were oversized mosquitos in the room and the tub was still...
