Front desk clerk made multiple errors with my check in process including attempting to charge my card MULTIPLE times for a holding fee but having an error on her end! Clearly she needed help but no one was there to assist. Rooms were clean but VERY outdated and bland, almost like jail cells. Bathroom shower was weak and water was only warm. I was there 3 days and not one time did I see house keeping. Breakfast was very minimum. Had to ask for sausage to be put out even tho it was on the menu. I don't plan on spending money with this hotel ever again, I was very unsatisfied.
