The property is very modern, exceptionally spacious, and conveniently located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and dishes, and the 2½ bathrooms were a welcome convenience. Overall, the condo was very well cleaned, and we had a very good stay. However, a few details stood out against the otherwise clean and well-maintained property. Some of the baseboards were dusty or dirty, there were stains on several walls, and one of the bedspreads and one of the living room futons could have been cleaner. These are relatively minor details, but addressing them would make a noticeable difference. With a little more attention to these areas, what was already a very good stay could easily become an excellent one.

Nice place to stay but definitely need to work on a few things. Need to wash the walls and get footprints and handprints off. Bathroom windows are see through from outside have a little gap at bottom & can see though regardless of privacy tint! No elevators (not listed on website). House keeping knows the code to your room while u stay. Had a housekeeper walk into our room no knock, while we were getting our stuff together to check out & was rude we were in there past check out time. Definitely need to change a few things. But overall we had a good time regardless. Close to the beach & boardwalk on north side.

The sheets were dirty, we saw 2 roaches, the frying pan was missing, there was mold around the showerhead, and the drawer had missing knobs. I ended up having to call management a few times, which was time consuming. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again and I do not recommend this property.

Birthday Getaway

The accommodations were beautiful, spacious and very clean. We couldn't use the pool and the piece above the dishwasher kept coming out. Stomping upstairs neighbors and all, it was a nice trip.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this property to anyone, especially considering the price we paid. The condition of the condo was unacceptable, and it did not provide the amenities or quality that were advertised. To begin with, the unit was missing basic necessities. There was no toilet paper provided, and there were not the proper pots and pans needed to use the stove, making it difficult to prepare meals as expected. Cleanliness was another major issue. The living room couches were filthy and covered in stains. The floors were dirty, appeared to have gone without maintenance for months, and had visible cracks and gaps. In the bathrooms, there was mold on one of the ceilings, which is both unsanitary and a serious health concern. The bathrooms were also in poor condition. The water pressure in both showers was extremely low, and the shower floors felt unstable, as though you could fall through them. One shower head was completely loose, making it even more difficult to use. Noise was another significant problem. The neighbors were loud throughout the day and night, preventing us from getting proper rest. We reported the issue, but it continued to disrupt our stay. The most alarming issue was the lack of security and privacy. A staff member walked into our room without knocking while my mom and I were sitting in the living room in pajamas. Overall I would not recommend this place for the amount of money they charge.

Great property! Poor management.

Property was nice and comfortable but the property management was less than acceptable. There was a family just above us that was up all night the first night we were there and we could hear everything that was going on. From TVs and radios blaring, children running and jumping and what sounded like furniture being rearranged. I called the # that I was provided 2 times and was told they would send security. At 4:00am, the noise was still going on and my friend called the #. She was told that they had already talked to us twice and she was only maintenance and couldn't do anything to help us. I called the next morning and I asked to be moved to another unit. I was told the GM would call me and I never heard a word from anyone. Luckily, the folks upstairs calmed down the next few nights but it was very disappointing that no once reached out to us.
