「Within 2 hours of checking in. I got locked out of my room. Metal lock part at the top of the door catch on the door when closing. The security guard couldn’t do anything but give me a “emergency room” for the night. Didn’t have a charger or clothes. Next day I had the option to stay in the same room or get a new one. I got a different room but the key card kept deactivating. Apparently if it gets close to your phone. It deactivates. Other than that it was a good stay. Also they’re updating the...

「It was an absolute pleasure staying here! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and exactly as advertised. 「This well-stocked 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit was perfect for our family. It was on the 8th floor of the Jasmine Tower of North Beach Resorts, a great, all-ages property. We only experienced 2 minor hitches, and both were resolved quickly, thanks to responsive communications with Brittain. Have already recommended this unit to others, and hope to visit again soon!」

「Overall impression was great. Pool was great and rooms were clean. I was in contact with the owner for an ice maker issue and they responded within minutes to tell me that someone was coming to repair. Repair man came and we had ice once again. There were 12 of us and they all had a great stay!!!! We will be using them again if available.」

「I was impressed. The place was bug free and clean. There condo isn't a 5 star resort and has some cosmetic outliers but everything functioned properly. For what we wanted out of the place, and what we got, it earned 5 stars. Recommendations would be to add some better cookware and replace the board games. Great place to stay and cost effective considering its right across from the beach. 」
