Our time there...
There was no onsite representative. The codes seemed very cumbersome. I called the contact number regarding the need for an additional parking pass due to unforeseen injury resulting in an additional vehicle being used to transport my guest. The "free" lots were quite a distance from the resort. This all caused stressed. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, a rug in the LR was torn at the edge which could cause a fall. The stench from the work on the elevators was very very irritating. Children were thought to be unattended and jumping in the hot tub one night. There was a sign on the door that we must have an arm bracelet to go into the pool area - we didn't have bracelets. I was in a party when the representative called to check on my documented concerns. I had trouble understanding and hearing and he would not hang up when I said I couldn't talk anymore beyond what I had already communicated.
