"I stayed in room 227 it was beachside King room and there was no obstruction to my view it stayed perfect temperature no matter where I put it on the thermostat it was right there and it had everything we needed for our stay including dishes which we loaded in the dishwasher before we left the staff was amazing the room was spotless I was definitely impressed."

"Close to beach"

"We had to change rooms on our last night. This was not disclosed until we checked in. Desk clerk had hard time finding our reservation upon arrival also. Very disappointed."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I’m not normally one to complain, but there were a few things about the house that I felt needed to be addressed. Nevertheless, I’ll start with the good things: the house was super close to the beach, and it was in a safe part of town. The location was great.However, the house was pretty dirty upon our arrival. The walls in the bedrooms are very dirty, and could either use a good scrub, or a fresh coat of paint. It was just kinda gross to look at. The floor was also filthy. The bottom of my socks were black from just walking around the house, which made me wonder how clean the rest of the place is. The kitchen seemed clean, but there were gnats coming out of the sink during the entirety of our stay.My other complaint is that the WiFi was horrible. I tried to get some work done during my stay, but the WiFi just wouldn’t work. We couldn’t use the TVs without connecting them to our hotspots on our phones. "

"We had a great experience with this condo. Our group was 5 adults and 4 children. The bedrooms were well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and the views from the living room. Parking basically right outside the entrance was an extra nice bonus. The buildings indoor pool and hot tub were perfect as there were a few cooler days.Shops and restaurants were close by many within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent with very quick response and receptiveness to our inquiry. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"Property is in a great location easy walking distance to the beach and many dining options. The property could use some upgrades with counters anc appliances. "
