The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. We woupd also consider it for a linger stay. The property is very clean and eveyone is friendly. The pizza shop had great food and service also. Steps from the beach and the view was spectacular, having ocean and a small marsh to bird watch made it even better!

Check in was via a phone call and had to get code for a lockbox to get my room key and parking pass. There was some confusion on how to open the box. However, the young lady that helped on the phone was kind and patient.

The view of the beach was absolutely fantastic! We are already booking our next stay. If you are staying for the first time the after hours check-in could have been communicated better, but overall we loved our experience and the onsite pizza restaurant and ice cream are delicious!

Loved how secluded it was, but still in walking distance from shops and the beach! The only thing I would change about the trip was the check-in… it would have been nice to get my parking tag & go relax after driving for hours. However, we had to get our parking tag from Heather, who tried to sell a timeshare and wasn’t pleasant to speak to.

The room was really clean, two bathrooms were great and a full kitchen. The living area was a bit small for the amount of people the room would sleep with only a couch and a chair. We didn’t realize we were the second building back from the water so it was a little more walking than anticipated but overall, the place was great, nice pools and clean. Felt very safe and parking was great as well. A ramp or walk for wagons to be pulled out on the beach would be wonderful as it is a bit far to the water. Everything else was very enjoyable!

Condo was just ok. The price should be a bit less. The building is outdated and in need of a good exterior cleaning. Interior was clean looking but once I took a second look I noticed the room or closet the air handler is in is very dirty I moved the bed to put on the sheet and notice a lot of old dirt and hair you can tell it isn’t a place that is clean on a weekly basis. Not being able to use the pool after 10 pm was dissatisfying. Beach access should be reworked so you don’t have to walk into the pool area or through gates that are locked in the night hrs. Beach view was a bit disappointing. I would not book this Bnb in the future.

Enjoyed our stays at Sands Beach resort. The condo was clean and comfortable. The check in & out process smooth, easy parking. The indoor pool and hot tub nice option to utilize.
