"Upon entering the room had a terrible smell. Luckily I brought air freshener with me. It says it's a non-smoking room but when people smoke outside and then put their head on a pillow it smells like smoke. The flooring is leaving granules on the socks and those granules get in the bed and on the linens. When I first saw them I thought I had bed bugs. The toilet leaked on the floor after every flush and when I took a shower the water pulled on the outside of the tub. The ice machine was broken but that was never relayed by the check-in staff so I walked the entire complex trying to find another one and apparently there is not a secondary ice machine. And lastly, this is not an indictment on the staff but they allowed a tenant in the room above me who partied all night long. He should have had a ground floor because he was jumping and dancing and thumping the entire night. I found out after I checked out that this is not a very good area and a lot of prostitution takes place and there was also a policeman in the parking lot last night. Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless it is a financial hardship and you must. Big mistake on my part trying to save my company some money!"

"Had an issue with a barking dog across the hallway which barked nonstop for hours, informed staff, nothing was done about it, was not offered another room or compensation. Wound up leaving early. Will not be back, and do not recommend."

"Price matched the quality of the hotel. We were very happy to stay there, very comfortable. Fantastic pool area! I loved the pool table in the lobby and breakfast. Only around a 5-10 min drive to Front Street with tons of shops and GREAT restaurants. 20 minutes to the beach."
