"Rooms were just ok. Barhroom needs update and good cleanung . Balcony doors don't reduce the noise at all. Was really hard to fall asleep because of all other guest noise on balconies and pool area even at 11pm. Weed smell right outside elevators in hallways. Would not recommend it if you come with kids."

"The people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was awesome. We were on the 9th floor with a view of the ocean. The room was comfortable. The hotel is in an area where you can walk to lots of stores and restaurants."

"Terrible experience with the Guest manager!! very unprofessional i was told at the desk that it showed on the computer that I had 2 reservations of course I only needed 1 please tell me if i shoukd have been charged for both reservations dated for the same one night stay? Now I am being told by criwn reef oh they cant refund me . We will see cooperate i sure hope your customer service is much better than your guest management she walked away after being unprofessional and no return smh. Did not want to assist me an did not. Just rude!!"

"Clear view of beach, plenty of towels and bedding was clean. The floors were very dirty , and the dishes in cabinet were dirty. I knew going in it wasn’t going to be perfect but for the price it was good enough. The pools were clean and had a beautiful view of the beach"

"Room disgusting. Holes in sofa, Filthy kitchen table , rust light fixtures, dirty bed horrible!! I’ve stayed here a few times in the past but this property went down tremendously. Old and unkept!!"
